Approximately 4 miles on trails and grass

The next installment of ARR’s popular club handicap series will be held at Piedra Lisa Park (East of Tramway on Menaul, just before the Menaul trailhead) on Saturday, September 18th at 8:00 AM.

The race will be an approximately 4 mile obstacle course run. Obstacles will include barriers such as straw bales and cargo netting; therefore, participants may need to call on those seldom-used arm muscles for a variety of challenges.

If that doesn't sound like enough of a challenge, we will be giving time bonuses to anyone who completes the course in heavy boots. Hope you all will join us -- it should be a blast!

We'll be having a potluck afterwards in the park, so bring a dish to share. See you there (and please note the 8:00 AM start time which is earlier than our usual handicap start times).
