Run
Join Jane Thompson and friends for a fairly easy 4-6 mile run. Meet at the Trader Joes parking lot, corner of Paseo del Norte and Ventura. Call Jane at (505) 822-1259 for times & information.

Interval Training
Come join Bill Baldwin, Howard Miles and Glenda Muirhead for interval training on the Manzano High School track Monday mornings at 10:00.

Multi-use Trail Run
On Monday, November 2, these runs shifted to the multi-use trail which parallels Tramway. Meet near the Walgreens at Tramway and Indian School Road at 6:00 PM. Contact Tim Koehler at (505) 508-2995 for more information.

Beginner Run / Walk
Fleet Feet hosts a Tuesday evening run/walk starting from the store at 5:30 PM. Group consists mostly of beginning runners and walkers. Fleet Feet is located in the Hoffman Town shopping center at the southwest corner of Menaul & Wyoming. Contact Rona or Bobby at (505) 299-8922.

Relaxed Workout
Are you looking for a very relaxed group to run with? Try this one! We get together on Tuesday & Thursday evenings at various locations around town. The pace of the group is 12-15 min/mile. We typically go 30-45 minutes on an out & back course. Your speed really doesn't matter because we'll all start and finish together. If you are interested in joining us or you have questions, please contact Kelley Garcia.

Speed Workout
Tuesdays and Thursdays at the southwest corner of Johnson Field (UNM) across the street from the Frontier at 6:15 PM with Eric Pope, Mark Nolan, and Paul Mahr. Contact Eric Pope for more information.

Walk
Walk along the Tramway bike path for 1 - 1½ hours. Meet in Smith's parking lot on the SE corner of Central and Tramway at 8:00 AM. Please call Kadine at (505) 291-1432. Let your non-running friends know about this. Good cross training for runners too!

Trail Run
Effective immediately, these trail runs are suspended until the spring of 2010. Contact Shannon Zanelli for more information at (505) 822-5006.

As an alternative, consider joining the group run which meets at the ABQ Running Shop at 6:00 PM on Wednesdays.
